About this service
CheckMyIP shows the public IP address your device uses on the internet and what open GeoIP data says about it: the country, city and network provider, plus whether the address is known as a VPN, proxy or Tor exit node.
The check runs automatically when the page opens. Location is estimated from the network address, so it can be approximate: it points to your provider's node rather than your doorstep.
